SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rate will be calculated and added at checkout.

Free Canada wide shipping within the Provinces (excludes Territories) on orders over $99*. Some exceptions apply.

For orders $99 and under, a shipping charge will apply.

After placing your order, our team will do their best to have your order ready to be shipped within 24-48 business hours. 

Free in-store pickup also available. Local delivery may be available at a reduced rate (depending on delivery address)

*Free shipping applies to orders of $99 or more (prior to taxes). Offer applies to standard shipping rates only. Rural delivery surcharges will apply on shipping to Canadian Territories.

*Bindings are always shipped unmounted due to manufacturer warranty and safety issues.

RETURN POLICY

Slopeside Skis & Boards honors a 14-day money back return policy to customers on all eligible merchandise. The 14-day window begins on the day of purchase (in-store) or the day of delivery/pick-up (online purchase).

All items must be returned in resalable condition, in the original packaging material with all tags attached, instructions, accessories, warranty cards and proof of purchase. The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of any product returned to Slopeside Skis & Boards. Once Slopeside Skis & Boards has inspected all returned items, the necessary credit or refund will be issued.

Products purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the product(s) are new and unused with tags and/or labels, you may return them for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges (a restocking fee may apply and you are responsible for shipping the returned product).

Before returning any product to Slopeside Skis & Boards, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number please contact a technical support representative at 1 (905) 983-7669 ext 226 or email slopeside@brimacombe.ca with your invoice number.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Slopeside Skis & Boards cannot accept returns on any used items. If an item has been used, a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Products purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards are final sale.

Damaged Merchandise

If a product is damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Slopeside Skis & Boards will be happy to assist the customer to resolve the issue.

If an order arrives damaged; please notify Slopeside Skis & Boards within 24 hours of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The product and packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with the delivery service.



Warranties

If a product is damaged or has a defect, Slopeside Skis & Boards will be happy to assist the customer in dealing with the Manufacturer. Please note warranties do not cover problems resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Manufacturer defects are considered issues related to the structural integrity of equipment and apparel.

Some products are required to be sent off for a warranty evaluation and are not guaranteed to receive a replacement. Slopeside Skis & Boards is not responsible for the outcome of this decision as it is made by the manufacturer who built the product.
